1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you (whether personally or on behalf of an enterprise entity, "Client", "Customer", or "you") and INFINITE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. (Unique Entity Number UEN: 202629263M) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of infiniteautomationsolutions.com.sg, as well as any other media form, purchase order, statement of work, or contract related or connected thereto.

By accessing the website, requesting a quote, executing an engineering agreement, or purchasing software solutions and industrial automation hardware from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and website.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all commercial transactions, contracts, and disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Singapore.

3. Services & Scope of Solutions

Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD. specializes in integrated technology engineering and commercial automation, including but not limited to:

• Custom Software Engineering: High-performance web applications, enterprise desktop platforms, cloud systems, and native/cross-platform mobile applications.
• Industrial Automation Engineering: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) architecture, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) design, SCADA systems, and industrial telemetry.
• Hardware Integration & Supply: Industrial automation components, precision sensors, servo drives, automation control panels, and IoT edge hardware.
• Smart Infrastructure & Retrofitting: Legacy OT-to-cloud interfaces, Modbus/Profinet integration, automated environmental monitoring, and intelligent facility controls.

Specific project milestones, technical deliverables, and delivery scopes are established through mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or formal quotations provided to the client.

4. Pricing & Currency (SGD)

All prices, rates, proposals, invoices, and payment charges displayed or quoted by Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD. are expressed and settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless an alternative settlement currency is explicitly documented in a formal written contract.

5. Payment Processing & Methods

To ensure maximum safety, transparency, and data protection for all commercial transactions, payments are securely processed through licensed and PCI-DSS certified payment service providers, including Airwallex and Razorpay.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Debit cards, credit cards, UPI (for transactions originating in India), and Cash (accepted for in-person transactions and local engagements). Corporate bank telegraphic transfers (TT/FAST) are also supported for enterprise invoicing.
• Card Scheme Compliance: All card transactions comply with the highest international cardholder protection protocols, including 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. Card information is never stored or processed directly on our web servers.
• Advance Settlement: Base hardware orders require an advance settlement of 40% of the total billing prior to project commencement, with balance payments scheduled across milestones and final fulfillment.

6. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD. is primarily a service-based technology provider offering custom-built software and engineered solutions rather than stocked, off-the-shelf consumer products.

7. Inspection, Testing & Warranty

Upon delivery or deployment of a milestone or hardware shipment, the Customer has a fourteen (14) day User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and inspection period to verify that deliverables operate in accordance with documented specifications.

• Software Support Window: We provide comprehensive warranty bug-fixing support following project handoff to resolve non-conformances identified against agreed specifications.
• Hardware Manufacturer Warranties: Physical equipment is covered by standard original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties against material defects, supported and facilitated by our engineering team.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment of all agreed contract fees, the Customer receives full ownership of the bespoke source code, UI designs, and configuration scripts developed specifically for their project under the relevant Statement of Work.

Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD. retains full ownership of pre-existing proprietary software frameworks, core automation libraries, engineering templates, and development toolsets utilized during implementation.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, production downtime, data corruption, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services, website, or hardware.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to Infinite Automation Solutions PTE. LTD. in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

11. Card Scheme Transparency & Consumer Rights

In strict alignment with card scheme rules (including Visa and Mastercard international merchant standards) and Singapore consumer protection regulations:

• The merchant outlet name displayed on cardholder billing statements will reflect INFINITE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS or INFINITE AUTO SG.
• The merchant is legally registered in Singapore.
• Customers are provided with direct electronic receipts, itemized invoices, and customer service contact access for every transaction.
